Mt. Langtang Lirung is magnificently situated in the
frequently visited Langtang region of Nepal. This mountain is rising to 7,234m.
high and one of the well-known 7,000 meters peak on the center north of Nepal,
a head of Langtang village. The first ascent was made by British team in 1973.
Mt. Langtang being an attractive mountain offers various existing routes. This
expedition trip begins 8/9 hours drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubensi. It will
take 7 days to reach in Base Camp 4,000m. through via classic trekking route.
Himalayan Yetiland Treks provides for Langtang expedition with all necessary
infrastructures to assist you in your summit attempt. We will do all the
necessary paperwork for expedition permit organize all accommodation before and
after expedition. We organize camp facilities, transport loads, stock and set
up high camps, fix ropes, provide food, high altitude food, high quality tents,
porters, professional climbing Sherpas, oxygen, satellite telephone, Wake
Talkie set, advice and as per needed aditional assistance during the
expedition.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu free.
Day 03: Official work for expedition and briefing at Ministry of Tourism.
Day 04: Drive to Syabru Besi 1462m. then Overnight.
Day 05: Syabrubesi – Lama Hotel 2240m.
Day 06: Lama Hotel – Langtang Village 3307m.
Day 07: Kyanjing Gompa (3049m).
Day 08: Kyanjing Gompa rest for acclimatization day and preparation.
Day 09: Langtang Lirung Base Camp and set up the camp.
Day 10-23: Climbing Period of Langtang Lirung summit.
Day 24: Cleaning up BC & preparation to back Kathmandu.
Day 25: Base Camp – Langtang Village.
Day 26: Langtang Village – Lama Hotel.
Day 27: Lama Hotel – Shyabrubesi and transfer to Teahouse Lodge.
Day 28: Drive back to Kathmandu then transfers to Hotel.
Day 29: Free days in Kathmandu.
Day 30: Last minute, transfer to airport for onward journey.
| Expenses For Mt. Langtang Expedition: The cost for Nepal Expedition will depend on several different factors. The types of accommodation you prefer in Kathmandu and during the trek to Langtang climbing base camp will make a difference to the overall cost (Budget to 5 star accommodations). The mode of transport you prefer will also affect the cost of your climbing Langtang trip, for example prices vary greatly between flying versus private car/van. The size of climbing team as well number of climbing guide and porters required will also affect the total cost of the expedition. For these reasons on the same expedition To Langtang can vary in price quite substantially. |
