Mt. Peak 38 is fantastic and beautiful mountain
situated hiding behind the Island peak. This peak is rising to 7,590m. high and
its long south west ridge is located immediately east of Mount Lhotse. Mt. Peak
38 expedition is probably one of the most rewarding and complete climbing trip
you can make in Everest region and it offers a great opportunity to gain
valuable high altitude experience before trying to scale a 8,000m. high peaks.
The expedition begins with flihght from Kathmandu to Lukla and trek starts to
Phakding. It takes several days to reach in its base camp via classic Everest
trekking route and end of expedition at Lukla then fly out by plane to
Kathmandu.

official paperwork for expedition permit organize all accommodation before and
after expedition. We organize camp facilities, transport loads, stock and set

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Free in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Official works for expedition and briefing by officer of Ministry of Tourism.
Day 04: Kathmandu – Lukla by flight then trek to Phakding (2640m).
Day 05: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3446 m).
Day 06: Rest day for acclimatization, explore Everest view Hotel & rest.
Day 07: Namche – Thyangboche Monastery (3867m).
Day 08: Thyangboche – Dingboche (4347m).
Day 09: Dingboche – Island Peak Base Camp (4900m). (Imja Tse Base Camp)
Day 10: Island Peak BC – Peak 38 Base Camp (5190m).
Day 11 – 26: Climbing Period for Peak 38 summit.
Day 27: Cleaning Base Camp and preparation.
Day 28: Base Camp – Dingboche.
Day 29: Dingboche – Thyangboche.
Day 30: Thyangboche – Namche Bazaar.
Day 31: Namche Bazaar – Phakding
Day 32: Phakding – Lukla then transfer to Teahouse Lodge.
Day 33: Early flight back to Kathmandu then transfer to Hotel.
Day 34: Free in Kathmandu.
Day 35: Last minute, transfer to airport for your onward journey

| Expenses For Mt. Peak 38 Expedition: The cost for the climb to Peak 38 will depend on several different factors. The types of accommodation you prefer in Kathmandu and during the trek to Peak 38 base camp will make a difference to the overall cost (Budget to 5 star accommodations). The mode of transport you prefer will also affect the cost of your expedition peak 38 trip, for example prices vary greatly between flying versus private car/van. The size of climbing team as well number of climbing guide and porters required will also affect the total cost of the expedition. For these reasons on the same expedition in Everest region can vary in price quite substantially. |
