Mt. Saribung (6,346m) is located in the remote part of Mustang region of Damodar Himal close to the border of Tibet. Saribung Expedition is new and shortly became very popular for trekking and expedition in Nepal. The trekking route of Saribung expedition starts from jomsom (Headquarter of Mustang district)) after 23 minutes flights from Pokhara and towards the upper Mustang region trail by crossing some high passes. The trek will continue towards the Nar Phu trekking region and finaly end at Syange (Starting point of Round Annapurna Trek). This peak is technically very easy to climb but there are some high ice passes, which demands physical fitness.

Saribung trekking and expedition will start from one region and end another trekking region by enjoying scenery, religions, geographic elevation and will cross the challenging passes near Mt. Saribung . The trekkers and climbers really enjoy its fantastic and picturesque views of Himalaya and beyond. During the trekking, trekkers meet different villages, monasteries, culture and religion of Tibetan style every day. The main important thing is spectacular mountain scenery, which will see from the top of Mt. Saribung.
To scale this high mountain and complete the trip, Himalayan Yetiland Treks provide for expedition with all necessary infrastructures to assist you in your summit attempt. We will do the necessary paperwork for expedition and trekking permit organize all accommodation before and after expedition. We organize camp facilities, transport loads, stock and set up camps, fix ropes, provide food, high altitude food, high quality tents, porters, professional Climbing Sherpas, advice and assistance.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu. Receive and transfer to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02: Free day (Sightseeing and preparation for expedition)
Day 03: Fly to Kathmandu - Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Fly Pokhara - Jomsom, then trek to Kagbeni(2720m.) Overnight: Lodge/tent
Day 05: Trek Kagbeni - Chele(3050m.) Overnight: Tent
Day 06: Trek Chele - Geling(3540m.)
Day 07: Trek Geling – Tsarang(3560m.)
Day 08: Trek Tsarang – Lo Manthang(3750m.)
Day 09: Exploration day at Lo-Manthang (3840m.)
Day 10: Trek Lo-Manthang – Dhi Gaon(3360m.)
Day 11: Trek Dhi Gaon - Lury Gompa (3500m.)
Day 12: Trek Lury Gompa - Ghuma Tanthi (4856m.)
Day 13: Trek Ghuma Tanthi - Namta Khola (4200m)
Day 14: Trek Namta Khola - Saribung Base Camp(5240m.)
Day 15: Rest day at Saribung Base Camp.
Day 16: Trek Base Camp - Saribung Pass. (5600m).
Day 17: Climb to the summit of Saribung Peak (6387m.), then return back to Base Camp.
Day 18: Trek Base Camp – Nogaru (4300m.)
Day 19: Trek Nogaru – Phu (4100m.)
Day 20: Rest day at Phu.
Day 21: Trek Phu – Meta (3500m.)
Day 22: Trek Meta – Koto (2605m.)
Day 23: Trek Koto – Dharapani.
Day 23: Trek Dharapani – Bhulbhule
Day 24: Trek Bhulbhule - Besi, then drive to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 25: Free for shopping
Day 26: Fly to your destination
| Expenses For Mt. Saribung peak climbing: The cost for mt. saribung expedition will depend on several different factors. The types of accommodation you prefer in Kathmandu and during the Mustang Saribung trek will make a difference to the overall cost (Budget to 5 star accommodations). The mode of transport you prefer will also affect the cost of your climbing Saribung tipl, for example prices vary greatly between flying versus private car/van. The size of climbing team as well number of climbing guide and porters required will also affect the total cost of the expedition. For these reasons on the same expedition trip in Nepal can vary in price quite substantially. |

Camping Trek Cost Includes:
