Jomsom
Muktinath trek is a part of the Annapurna circuit trek and perhaps the single most
popular trek in Nepal, follows the
Kali Gandaki Valley between the soaring peak of 
Annapurna and Dhaulagiri.
Finally, it emerges to the north of the main Himalayan range, on the dry,
desert - like Tibetan Plateau. A several days walk beyond Jomsom, takes you the
final destination, Muktinath, the holy temple. The main feature of this trek is walking
through the gorge carved by the Kali Gandaki River. This trek is reputed in
Nepalese as a skyline trek. On the whole trek, there is not a single day when
we do not have magnificent views of Annapurna Himalayan range and other huge mountains in the area.
This trek allows access to the high mountains of the Himalayas within a reasonable timeframe and without ascending to extreme altitude. You get two alternatives to return to Pokhara, you can either be made by retracing your steps down the Kali Gandaki Valley or by having the flight from Jomsom to Pokhara or Kathmandu.

Expenses For The Trip: The cost for hike to Muktinath will depend on several different factors. The types of accommodation you prefer in Kathmandu and during the trek will make a difference to the overall cost (Budget to 5 star accommodations).
