Ganesh Himal lies north of Kathmandu and the trek allows oppertunity to have beatiful view of high valleys in north of Ganesh Himal on Tibetan Border. This is one of the legendry "Hidden Valleys" of the Himalayas, unaffected by mass tourism. The mountain is named after the elephant-headed God “Ganesh” which is considered as a symbol of good fortune. This adventure trips in Himalaya is one of the wonderful Nepal trekking destination, which provides views of natural scenery and cultural heritage sites.
The trek begins in Trisuli Bazar about six hours drive from Kathmandu. The route to the mountain passes through quite Tamang villages, hot spas, gorges, glaciers and magnificent sceneries. The trail ends at Syabrubensi, the Langtang trek starting point and the following day we drive back to Kathmandu.
