Terms and Conditions
Tour members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following tour conditions:
DEPOSIT: The following deposit shall be paid at the time of booking:
Short Trek $ 100
Long Trek $ 200
This deposit shall not be refunded unless the applicant cannot be offered a place on the desired trip.
FINAL PAYMENT:
Full payment/balance payment is to be made at least 30 days prior to departure. The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which the fee is not received when due and any money paid shall be forfeited.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Any Cancellation of bookings is to be make in writing. The following charges will apply:
More than 15 days 50 % of tour or trek cost 15 days and less 100 % of tour or trek cost
TOUR PRICE:
Tour price is subject to change without notice in the event of sudden fluctuations in market prices of airfare or the tour or trek cost.
TOUR COST INCLUDE
The tour price covers food, accommodation, transport, trek permit fee, National Park entry fee, General and Medical Insurance for the trekking staff.
TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE
The tour price does not include air fare and visa costs, laundry, optional excursions and other personal expenses.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Himalayan Yetiland Treks and Expedition assume no responsibility for injury, illness, damage, rescue, accident, loss, delay, Death or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. The company reserves the right to alter of modify itineraries in anyway for the interest of tour members or due to any other uncontrollable circumstances. In the event of cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as weather, political unrest etc.) the clients shall have to bear any cost incurred during processing of tour and any balance shall be refunded.
